The Breakfast menu is a fairly simple matter here in our small but airy dining room .
Much of what is on offer is provided from the Garden,such as the Rhubarb and the various soft fruits such as Black
currants,loganberries (and wild Strawberries if you're lucky!) etc.A second ingredient comes from the home
cooking -yeast bread,scones and apple or blackcurrant jelly from the Organic Garden).Thirdly we could mention the quality
local produce such as the fresh free-range eggs which we get from Kylemore Abbey when we can ,or the shops or neighbours in the locality
if there are none to be had.
Cooking is done on the Aga range and is done to order
